So, why wait until tomorrow?
We got in a partial session last night - character introductions, game world discussion, and then a little bit of play. Didn't really get into the mechanics outside of character generation, but I expect there to be plenty of time for that in Thursday nights to come.
I'm still of the belief that True20/M&M and Spycraft are the ultimate incarnations of the d20/OGL system, and they take the basic ideas in radically different directions. The Technothrillers PDF that Reality Deviants put out a while back is a good bridge between the two, in spirit at least - I regularly refer to it as True20 Spycraft.
Other news of the day - it's my brother's birthday. Curiously enough, also the anniversary of the day the guillotine was first used in a public execution. He got a real kick out of that bit of trivia when we talked this afternoon.
A week from now, I'll have seen Iron Man at least once.
