Dead Man's Dream

Had some excitement Friday night. Went to bed a little after 10, read a little bit, and the tornado sirens started going off. And yes, plural. There are three that are close to my home, and my bedroom faces two of them. A small, very energetic storm system blew through, mostly passing south of the house, but cranking enough wind to rattle things. The sound of the wind was like nothing familiar, a constant howl-whistle somehow. Brief strong rain. To the south and southwest, three probable tornadoes. Some property damage, no injuries or deaths.
