Tale of the Goat

My father is a truck driver, and he and Mom sure do love their coffee. I should have the stuff running through my veins, but I've never gone for it. Tegyrius last week picked up a small coffeepot for office use, but it's been in the kitchen instead. So, last night, I tried a small pot. I am developing a taste for it. I can feel no joy today, as I am plotting the death of my best friend.

The prey is clever, and usually armed. I must exercise extreme caution.

In other dramatic developments, I managed 10 situps and 10 pushups this morning. My arms hurt.

Trust me, hon, seeing me doing pushups isn't worth your time or money.

That is what you meant, right?

It's a taste that has to be developed like calluses, I think. If you hurt yourself enough, you'll grow somewhat immune to the negative effects.
