Anyone interested in going?  I've got a 2-bed room out at the airport for Thursday-Sunday;  total cost is about $260.  I can drive from Lexington or pick up folks along the way (up to three, with the truck).

You're joking, right? Personally, I'm much happier to be picking up Thomas Jeffersons (I think) this coming pay day. Sure, it would be kinda dinky to have Ronny on a bill, but I don't think it would have the same weight and historical import to it. That said, a few Lincolns would be kewl too. Maybe I'll go half and half.

There've been rumblings about putting Reagan on the ten for a few years now.

Jefferson is on the $2, which for whatever reason is relatively common across the state line in West Virginia. I've gotten more than a few double-takes when I've paid for things with them.

August 16-19; I'm planning on leaving here before noon on Thursday 8/16 and being in Indy until Sunday afternoon.

Omar's an automatic, but the drive's only about 200 miles, and I can do that without any problems.

Well, a quick check of Orbitz reveals a slew of round-trip flights in the $200 range for that weekend.

After a careful consideration of my finances and the bills i'll have to pay between now and then, i must respectfully withdraw myself from consideration.

It's looking like we might have a shot at moving into a rental house soonish, and so i'd hate to do anything at present that would mess with that.

Also: I'm thinking very seriously about going to ICC in nashville. So there's that.
