This is not a Love Song
Vanity Fair, I think, has selected Purple Rain as the best movie soundtrack. I've promoted this idea for some time. There still just isn't anything like that one.
Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) is terribly cute, and great fun. It links up with another Harvest Moon game for the GameCube, so I'm going to track down a copy of that ... giving me an excuse to dig through the used bins at local video game stores.
We've had a few straight days of rain here. It's put a dent in the drought, and brought out a lot of late-season greenery. Weather's supposed to peter out by tomorrow, hopefully giving the park time to dry out before Sunday afternoon.

tegyrius again demonstrated his design genius yesterday. What started off as a discussion of Mercenaries 2 turned into a Spycraft campaign framework. Some technothriller, a little 24, a little Burn Notice, and a nice chunk of ironic history. Resulted in me sitting up way too late last night sketching out character ideas.
Today ends my workweek. Tomorrow is movie night with the lovelykinepela.
