Some ups and downs this weekend.  A good time with Erin, but I was not at all constructive until late last night, when I managed to wash a whole bunch of laundry.

44 hours of vacation time left to me this year.  I can carry 16 over to 2007, but I think I'm going to find a week somewhen that's still open and go nuts on T2013.  A week of near-isolation can do wonders for the creative impulse.

A week of isolation can also make you crazy. If I do that, I have to leave for a week. Otherwise I spend the entire week cleaning and rearranging my room/house.

Never really bothered me. My problem is making myself stay away from distractions. Having a horde of digital music channels helps that.
