Three Bikes in the Sky
Mom&Dad came up Sunday afternoon. Early birthday visit. Late lunch, some shopping, almost entirely for The Niece, and ice cream to end the evening. I have a gorgeous new wristwatch and a Millennium Falcon for my X-Wing collection.
I love clocks. Mechanical ones, anyway. Cell phones are great and all, and I'm almost never without my trusty ol' 4S, but I feel less complete without a wristwatch. I love the movement of the things. They're just neat.
Melancholy tonight for some reason. Impending birthday, maybe. I've got a few offers to get out and Do Stuff, but I expect I'll wind up spending much of the day in Ekstrom knocking out a presentation for 430. I'm okay with that, though. I can spend Andymas how I please.
