The first wave of COVID vaccinations is underway. A lot of Pfizer's initial production run went through Louisville, thanks to the UPS shipping hub here; healthcare providers started getting their shots on Tuesday, I think. We're nowhere near out of danger yet, but this is an important step. Moderna's vaccine got emergency approval today, so there's another defense against this thing.
