tracker7I finally got around to reading Chuck Wendig's first Star Wars novel, Aftermath. I don't think I liked it very much. Norra Wexley and her story are good, but honestly, there's not much more that I can recommend about the book. At least, that's my judgment for now. I'm going to read the other two in his trilogy and see if the larger picture is better.
Stormy like anything today. Drove through one system on the way to Liberty this morning and its larger angrier sibling on the way back tonight. Got really bad around Springfield, wind knocking my little Mariner around for a while. Couple of tornadoes out in the western end of Kentucky and attendant straight-line winds everywhere. Came home, and the recycling bin has apparently been carried off by the wind and there was a brief power outage sometime today.
