tracker7Mom's home again. She spent half of June hospitalized with her hip and the following issues. She sounded very good when we talked a few hours ago - determined to get enough of her strength back to not need the walker. A cane is one thing, she says, but that walker is something else.
DCC Day was a success. About 15 people showed up, three games went off. I had a good time running Frozen in Time, and the MCC game I played in was ... okay. I've played it before, in the regular weekend MCC game, and that GM is just better.
Ready for the workweek to be over, but this weekend is not going to be a restful one. Going to be an Eastern European civil war's worth of fireworks going off all weekend long; some jerks have started blowing things up already. I'm thinking about just driving over to the rest area on 64 and hiding out there until some absurd hour Saturday night.
