Beat's so Lonely

Today marks two years with spykeetom.  Hooray for us!

The cats are settling in.  Mina likes camping out at either end of the hall, unless she, like Spykeetom, wants attention.  Then she crawls into my lap or rubs around my ankles.  Riley is still exploring, but slowly warming up to the new humans.

Barely left the apartment yesterday.  Played X-Men Legends a little more.  Read - Vincent Bugliosi's Helter Skelter, mostly.  Dozed.  Looked at train stuff.  Apartment-hunted.

London Calling

Dad's on his way to Lansing - well, Okemos - Michigan for his orientation with PMTG.  We got in some father&son time at the bus station, just talking about the upcoming job and whatnot.  He's going to be in Okemos for a week, then on to Greer, South Carolina, either by van, bus, or his newly-assigned truck.  I dearly hope this is a good experience for him.

After nearly a month, I have to write up a Spycraft session.  Looking forward to it.  In spite of my recent reading material, there won't be a serial killer plaguing Empire City.  Not yet, anyway.
