Green Falls
Nov. 18th, 2013 11:05 pmI ran a session of FFG's Star Wars: Edge of the Empire on Saturday. Went pretty well, I think; the weird-ass dice become quite manageable and dangerously close to intuitive in play, and the action flows quickly.
I try to give our twice-monthly game days individual titles, mostly for my own entertainment. Sometimes, it pays off. Our second game day of December is on the 21st, so I titled that one "The Apocalypse Remains Postponed." And FSM bless 'em, some of the regulars ran with it. They're both talking about some sort of post-apocalypse game for that day, and I am happy as a lark. I'm planning a game, of course, but if there are enough other options from the rest of the attendees, I can step back and play and let others do the heavy lifting.
