I've managed to leave work before 7 both nights this week.  Nice for getting personal work done, at least.  Plugged away at Flags last night and will do again tonight. 

Last night, I did something I almost never do - bought a second copy of a book that I hadn't given away or worn out through constant rereading.  But it's okay - the purchase included my ticket to see the author Friday night.  William Gibson.

Definitely. I'm going to take the older copy (the hardcover) to the signing - it was a Christmas gift, so this'll make it even more precious.
