Five to One

And my week off comes to an end.  Back to work in about two hours, mostly relaxed and refreshed, and ready to slog through the next 18 workdays.

Outside of the Thursday night collision, this has been a good time.  I got to refire my creative energies, getting a few hundred words written each day on various and sundry projects.  I didn't focus on anything in particular, and that was probably less-constructive, but it worked well for me.

Need to print up new business cards or maybe get notepads from Vista Printing for GenCon.

Waiting for the Sun

Last week, when I wore shoes, it was either my slippers or my sneakers.  Today, I wore my boots for my first day back at the office.  Tonight, my feet are hurting in ways I am quite unfamiliar with.  It hurts to walk.  Hurts to stand up, even.  Man.  Should have eased myself back in.
