Always on my Mind

Dad sometimes calls me to ask about a bad traffic disruption or to get a description via Google Maps of a destination. I like doing this because, a), it's helping him out, and, b), I may sometimes pretend I'm coordinating a team of agents and getting them around an unexpected complication in the field.
