Last week, I signed up for three games at this coming weekend's Bride of Cyclops-Con, all dives into Mutant Crawl Classics. As of this morning, two of them have been cancelled. Sigh. The ticket prices have been refunded, of course, but I'm a little bit bummed.

Lord have mercy, we finally have a firm (if not solid) release date for Cyberpunk Red. PDF on November 14, print on the 19th. Sixty bucks, 456 pages. Gimme. Placed my order with the Louisville Game Shop this morning. The 19th is the release of CP2077, too, so, well, big day and I expect a lot of Thanksgiving weekends are going to fall victim to this double shot. The announcement on R. Talsorian's page hints at some kind of big to-do happening on the 14th as the reason for the early PDF release - whatever, this oughta be good.

Had some kind of emotional whammy hit me Saturday afternoon. Just powerfully disconnected from pretty much everything. Alan's game helped, and some old sci-fi on TV combined with a boat ride with Sailor Jerry, too, but I just wasn't feeling myself. Mostly shook it off by Sunday afternoon and would have gotten in some REDACTED with Ken, but he had some family goings-on, so, heck with it, football.

I've barely followed baseball's abbreviated season during this forsaken year. The Dodgers start the NLCS tonight against the Braves, and maybe I'll watch some of it, but, well, there's just not much of the magic there this year.
