tracker7Spykeetom and I went to the Lexington Farmers Market this morning. Spent more than I intended, but it's good stuff. Ham for breakfast tomorrow, a couple pounds of new potatoes (gold and red jackets), a quart of green beans, a half-dozen ears of corn, lots of seasonings, blackberry jam, and apple and blackberry cakes.
2nd round of the UIFL playoffs tonight. Our Horsemen are hosting the only team to beat us all year, the Rock River Raptors. I really really hope that the third time is indeed the charm. While I'm hoping, let's get a miracle and have the Evansville Bluecats beat the Sioux Falls Storm. That would put the championship game here in Lexington next weekend.
