What About Love

tracker7Yesterday was a good day. Went to the Newport Aquarium with spykeetom, elalyr, and tegyrius. (Was Elalyr's birthday.) The aquarium is beautiful, and we got to pet small sharks. Spykeetom came home with a little stuffed shark.
Grilled steaks for dinner - my grill will be staying at e&t's house for a while, as I don't have a deck at the apartment I'm moving to in a few weeks. Had a spinach salad with it. I'm making small steps towards a better diet.
Back to my regular schedule this week. Late nights ahead. Tonight is a Raiders pre-season game, so I'll be plenty anxious to get home from work.
Started reading Warday this weekend, as more research and inspiration for T2013. It's a good read - dealing with the aftermath of a limited nuclear exchange. The authors wrote as themselves, and one, Whitley Strieber, used to guest-host Coast to Coast AM pretty regularly, so I can hear his voice through the book.
