GenCon released the event schedule today, and registration is in two weeks. So far, there has been no communication from the convention team lead who succeeded me. No scheduling, no confirmation of badges, nothing. I'm not impressed. When I did the job, it was a much heavier load - larger team, actual event scheduling, etc, and I had things set up and in place by mid-April.
