tracker7After Tegyrius had his checkup, we headed over to The Louisville Game Shop to see Colin Moore, noted Man Among Men. As always, it was a pleasure to kill some time and spend some money at his store - I picked up the shiny new Pendragon, and am already in love with it. I'm blaming John Boorman, for giving us the definitive retelling of the Arthur legend for our time, and Days of Wonder, for their wonderful boardgame.
Forever ago, I read a review of a previous edition of Pendragon and found the idea of the opposing traits to be just the coolest thing. Having read some of how it works, that opinion is reinforced. This game looks just incredible.
After goofing around on Baxter Avenue, it was off to our meeting with Keith about T2013. We got some answers regarding the status and progress of the project, and threw around a few more ideas. I still have some reservations, and, frankly, doubts, about it, but at least now I believe that it will indeed see publication.
Sometime this weekend, probably seeing Casino Royale. Reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, and I have high hopes for this. Hoping to get some time with Spykeetom, too, as I'm missing her something fierce.
