I didn't realize (or maybe heard and had forgotten) that Favreau was directing. I think I like that. I've seen two of the movies he's directed--I really enjoyed Elf, but didn't really care for Swingers. But I always really want to like his movies, and I love a lot of the stuff he's done as an actor as well as his show Dinner For Five (I think that's the name) on IFC.
More importantly, I strongly suspect that Favreau was mostly responsible for all the "Matt and Foggy hang out in the coffee shop" parts fo Daredevil, which were some of the (very) few highlights of that movie.
I saw it before I accepted that Will Farrel is funny when not doing the same 5 SNL characters, but was pretty much won over from the second the Keebler tree caught fire.
