Watching the final episode of Fullmetal Alchemist this morning.  I think this is going to gut me like a fish when it's over.

Changes are coming to the ECPD game.  The Hundred Bad Guys theme isn't working as well as I wanted, and I want to start fooling around with more cop-show ideas.

I'll pretend there was no fish jab in there.

I finished the series. Good stuff. Looking forward to getting my hands on the movie shortly so I can see that too.

I'm impressed with it. FMA didn't end the way I expected, but I think it was appropriate.

Is the movie a followup?

The movie is a followup. I thought it wasn't, but I was confused I guess. When i get my hands on it I'll let you know more.

It was a very fitting ending for the show I think.

As for ECPD, I was thinking a dash of Dark inheritance could make it much like Brimstone. Not really appropriate for your game, but it was a worthy thought nonetheless. :+D

Found a synopsis online. I'll track the movie down sometime.

I'd love to run a Dark Inheritance game sometime, but I'd get lynched if I started bringing DI into my ECPD game.

Yeah. This is a strictly non-paranormal game. A serial killer is about as far into the horror side of things as I want to get.

I do have vague plans about a serial killer in the James Ellroy vein. My challenge would be making it viscerally engaging without drawing comparisons to _Seven_, which would result in fisticuffs.

Steal some of the Sandford from my fiction shelves.

Hi. Just got my SC 2.0 book in the mail. Is there any Dark Inheritance material out there? I didn't see any mention on the CraftyGames site.

Right now, the only Dark Inheritance material available is the core book, in either d20 Modern or Spycraft 1 editions.

Scott Gearin has some preliminary conversion work at http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27928; scroll down to the last few posts.

It's hard to have a monster of the week when the way to slay it is always with a pair of handcuffs.

I'm just starting Fullmetal Alchemist! That is one of the reasons I got Netflix: Fullmetal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell SAC, and Fruits Basket.
