Enjoy the Silence

Went to Clarksville, Indiana, on Saturday to a Bass Pro Shop - their spring fishing celebration or somesuch.  Neat store, much like the Cabela's outfitters I'd gone to in years past.  The main reason we went was to see some tiger cubs on display from a wildlife refuge nearby.  Three very very cute little cubs, and Spycat got a picture with one of them.

Stopped by The Louisville Game Shop on the way back to see our ol' pal Colin Moore.  The store's still going strong, good to see.  I picked up Shadows Over Camelot, based mostly on a glowing review in Pyramid.  Not at all disappointed.  Great gameplay, wonderful presentation.  I'm going to keep my eyes on these Days of Wonder folks for my next big pretty boardgame.

Saw V for Vendetta yesterday.  Fantastic stuff.  Great action and my kind of politics.  Go see it, folks.

Today is the first day of spring.  Currently overcast, about 38 degrees.  Rain this afternoon, rain and sleet and snow tonight.  Woo.
