Generals and Majors
Apr. 27th, 2007 08:33 amGod help me, I'm looking forward to this weekend's trip. I'm looking forward to the drive. Weather looks good, so I'm taking the Mustang. Decided to wave off on going to the New River Gorge this time - it's a couple of hours to the gorge from Logan, then several hours there, then the drive back, and that's more than I'm interested in doing on Sunday.
Trinity tonight, hooray!
I'm more solidly in Bill Richardson's camp now, if that's even possible. He's the only Dem candidate with executive experience, in a field where the top three candidates are 1- or 2-term Senators, at best. He's a solid moderate, he knows his shit, and his credentials are bulletproof. His showing at the debate last night was unfortunately truncated, as he's not one of the big three (oh, and he's still running his state while campaigning, so he's got plenty to do), but he did well for himself.
Spider-Man 3 releases in a week. Probably the biggest commercial success of the year, and one of the three I'm most looking forward to for the summer (Day Watch and PotC: At World's End are the others). I've been horribly remiss in my movie viewing this year. Like last year, and probably the year before that.
Back to Word for a while. Got some ideas to get down before they flitter away.
