Louisville's NWSL team played its first match Saturday afternoon, tying 2-2. Game had a delay for a thunderstorm, but after that came a couple of rainbows. This is the first time Louisville has had a top-level pro sports team since the mid-70s, I think, and I'll sure as hell take women's soccer over a NBA franchise.

Gods, I hate basketball.

Spring is not screwing around this year. The past couple of weeks has been a beautiful explosion of green, and the two dogwoods in the front yard are lovely in white and pink.
